When is the order charged?
When the customer completes order submission, not on delivery. Confirmation does not charge a second order credit.
Can I publish using only welcome credits?
Setup is free. Publication requires verified email OR WhatsApp and an approved recharge. Recharge options start at EGP 100; no separate activation charge.
Are all tools available immediately?
Advanced access opens after recharge. Some Labs tools require opt-in and levels: voice 3, WhatsApp campaigns 5, Encore 10, Meta campaigns 15. Provider setup and external fees may apply.
How do referral rewards work?
The new store gets 50 welcome credits once. Its first eligible approved recharge adds 25 credits to each side. The referrer earns 25% on approved paid recharges. There is no cash activation bounty.
