The single button or prompt that tells a visitor exactly what to do next — 'Order now, pay on delivery', 'Add to cart', 'Confirm order'. A strong CTA is specific, uses the buyer's language, and keeps the same wording across the whole flow so the person always knows where they are.

Example: Changing the CTA from 'Submit' to 'Order now — pay on delivery' lifted conversions by 18%.

Evidence that other people already trust and bought the product — reviews, photos from real buyers, order counters, and testimonials. On a cash-on-delivery offer page it does the heavy lifting a brand name would do elsewhere: it tells a hesitant buyer 'people like you paid and were happy'.

Example: We added a live 'orders today' counter as social proof and cart drop-off fell noticeably.

Upselling nudges a buyer to a bigger or better version (the 3-piece bundle instead of one); cross-selling adds a related item at checkout (a case with the phone). Both raise average order value on the same ad spend — the cheapest revenue in cash-on-delivery, because the buyer is already saying yes.

A parcel that goes out for delivery and comes back unsold — refused at the door, uncontactable buyer, or a fake order. RTO is the single largest hidden cost in cash on delivery: you pay two-way shipping and earn nothing. The share of incoming cash-on-delivery orders a buyer actually confirms before you ship — by replying on WhatsApp, answering an OTP, or picking up a call. It is the first filter between raw orders and real revenue; a higher confirmation rate means fewer wasted shipments and lower RTO.

Example: Automated WhatsApp confirmation lifted our confirmation rate to 85% without a single phone call.

A cash-on-delivery order placed with no intent to buy — a wrong number, a prank, a competitor, or a curious click that will refuse the parcel at the door. Fake orders are pure loss in COD: you pay to ship and to return. Score B is Eyzle's early-warning system for catching them before they cost you shipping.

Example: Score B flagged three fake orders from the same IP before we wasted a single shipment.

The share of shipped orders that are successfully delivered and paid for, as opposed to returned. It is the true bottom line of a cash-on-delivery operation: high ad performance means nothing if parcels don't get delivered. Confirmation, address quality, and courier choice all move this number.

Example: Better address validation raised our delivery rate from 72% to 91%.

A snippet of code on your pages that reports visitor actions — page views, add-to-carts, purchases — back to an ad platform like Meta or TikTok. The pixel is how the algorithm learns who your buyers are so it can find more of them. On COD, the trick is firing the purchase event at the right moment (confirmed order, not just form submit).

Example: Once the Facebook pixel was firing real purchase events, cost per order dropped fast.

A server-to-server channel that sends conversion events (like a confirmed purchase) straight from your backend to the ad platform, bypassing the browser. CAPI survives ad blockers and iOS privacy limits that break the browser pixel, so the algorithm keeps learning from clean data — essential for accurate COD purchase tracking.

Example: Adding CAPI alongside the pixel recovered about 20% of purchase events we'd been losing.

Showing ads specifically to people who already interacted with you — visited the offer page, added to cart, or started the form but didn't confirm. Because these buyers are warm, retargeting is usually the cheapest conversions you'll buy. It's the second half of a funnel that a single cold ad can't close alone.

Example: A simple retargeting campaign to cart-abandoners recovered orders at a third of our normal cost.

الإيراد المتولّد مقابل كل وحدة عملة اتصرفت على الإعلان: الإيراد ÷ الإنفاق الإعلاني. ROAS بـ 4 يعني 4 جنيه راجعين مقابل كل جنيه اتصرف. في الدفع عند الاستلام، بُصّ على ROAS المسلَّم (أوردرات اتدفعت واتسلّمت) مش المطلوب — الفرق بينهم هو مشكلة مرتجعاتك.

Revenue generated for every unit of currency spent on ads: Revenue ÷ Ad Spend. A ROAS of 4 means 4 EGP back for every 1 EGP spent. In cash on delivery, watch delivered ROAS (paid, delivered orders) rather than ordered ROAS — the gap between them is your RTO problem.

Example: Our ordered ROAS looked like 5, but delivered ROAS was 3 until we fixed confirmation.

اللي بتدفعه مقابل ألف ظهور للإعلان. الـ CPM هو سعر الانتباه على المنصة؛ بيعلى مع المنافسة والمواسم (رمضان، بلاك فرايداي). لوحده مبيقولش حاجة عن المبيعات — قرنه بمعدل النقر ومعدل التحويل عشان تشوف الظهور الرخيص بيتحوّل لأوردرات ولا لأ.

What you pay for one thousand ad impressions (mille = thousand). CPM is the price of attention on a platform; it rises with competition and seasonality (Ramadan, Black Friday). On its own it says nothing about sales — pair it with CTR and conversion rate to see if cheap views are turning into orders.

Example: CPM spiked during Ramadan, so we leaned harder on retargeting to protect cost per order.

The average price you pay each time someone clicks your ad: Ad Spend ÷ Clicks. CPC blends how competitive your audience is with how compelling your creative is — a sharper hook lowers CPC because the platform rewards ads people actually click.

Example: A new video hook cut our CPC in half, so the same budget bought twice the traffic.

The all-in ad cost to acquire one order: Ad Spend ÷ Orders (also called cost per acquisition, CPA). It's the number that decides whether an offer is profitable — compare it to your margin per order, and in COD, to your delivery rate, because an order that returns still cost you to acquire.

Example: We keep launching offers until we find one with a cost per order under 80 EGP.

The path a stranger travels from first seeing your ad to a delivered, paid order — awareness, interest, offer, confirmation, delivery. Each stage leaks people; optimizing the funnel means finding the biggest leak and fixing it, not chasing more traffic into a bucket with holes.

Example: Our funnel leaked hardest at confirmation, so that's where automation paid off most.

Example: A rough phone-shot UGC video beat our expensive studio ad on both CTR and cost per order.

The percentage of visitors who take the action you want — usually placing an order: (Orders ÷ Visitors) × 100. It's the efficiency of your page: a higher conversion rate means every ad click is worth more, so improving it is often cheaper than buying more traffic.

Example: Rewriting the headline lifted the offer page conversion rate from 3% to 6% — doubling revenue on the same spend.

متوسط المبلغ المصروف لكل أوردر: إجمالي الإيراد ÷ عدد الأوردرات. رفع متوسط قيمة الأوردر بالباقات والبيع الأعلى أسرع طريق للربح، لأنه مبيكلّفش زيادة في الإعلان — بتكسب أكتر من عملاء أصلًا دفعت عشان تجيبهم.

مثال: الباقات رفعت متوسط قيمة الأوردر من 250 لـ 380 جنيه، فحوّلت عرض متعادل لعرض مربح.

The average amount spent per order: Total Revenue ÷ Number of Orders. Raising AOV with bundles and upsells is the fastest way to profit, because it costs nothing extra in ad spend — you earn more from buyers you already paid to acquire.

Example: Bundles pushed AOV from 250 to 380 EGP, which turned a break-even offer into a profitable one.

إجمالي الربح اللي العميل بيجيبه على مدى كل أوردراته، مش أول واحد بس. القيمة الدائمة هي اللي بتبرّر إنك تدفع في اكتساب العميل أكتر من ما البيعة الأولى بترجّع — لو الطلبات المتكررة قوية، أوردر أول متعادل ممكن يفضل استثمار ممتاز.

The total profit a customer brings across every order they'll ever place, not just the first. LTV is what justifies paying more to acquire a buyer than one sale returns — if repeat orders are strong, a break-even first order can still be a great investment.

Example: Once we saw LTV was 3× the first order, we comfortably raised our cost-per-order ceiling.

The overall profitability of any spend: (Net Profit ÷ Cost) × 100. Broader than ROAS (which only counts ad spend), ROI accounts for product cost, shipping, returns, and fees — the honest measure of whether the whole operation makes money, not just the ad account.

Example: The campaign's ROAS looked healthy, but after RTO and shipping the real ROI was barely positive.

The share of visitors who land on a page and leave without any further action. A high bounce rate on an offer page usually means a mismatch — the ad promised one thing and the page delivered another — or the page was too slow to load before the visitor gave up.

Example: Matching the ad creative to the offer page headline cut bounce rate by a third.

Running two versions of a page or ad (A and B) to different visitors at the same time to see which drives more orders, then keeping the winner. It replaces opinion with evidence — the discipline behind every claim that a change 'lifted conversions'.

Example: An A/B test proved the shorter offer page beat the long one — the opposite of what we expected.

When a buyer adds a product or starts the order form but leaves before confirming. On COD it often means hesitation rather than payment failure — which makes it recoverable with a WhatsApp nudge or a retargeting ad, both cheaper than a fresh acquisition.

Example: A WhatsApp follow-up to abandoned carts recovered 15% of them at almost no cost.

One bookable date and time of an event. The event page describes the lasting experience, while each occurrence owns its schedule, capacity, availability, and attendance details. This lets recurring events keep one stable public URL without pretending dates are product variants.

Example: Night Shift keeps one event page while every Wednesday is published as a separate occurrence.

A guest's registration for a specific event occurrence. It stores the attendee, guest count, chosen date, payment state, confirmation state, and access or venue instructions. It is not a shippable order and therefore has no inventory parcel, courier, upsell, or cross-sell lifecycle.

Example: The guest received an event reservation receipt with the Wednesday date and venue map.

A lead asking a provider to schedule, quote, or discuss a service. Its lifecycle is enquiry, contact, scheduling, confirmation, completion, waiting, or cancellation—not cart, shipping, fulfillment, or product returns.

Example: The consultation form created a service request for the team to call and schedule.

A buyer's or tenant's interest in a specific property, usually followed by qualification, contact, and a viewing. It belongs to a real-estate pipeline and must not inherit product stock, shipping, checkout, or delivery language.

Example: The apartment page created a property enquiry and offered a viewing time—not a checkout.
